At Partridge Knoll, there is no buy-in commitment. Rental agreements require only 30-day written notice for cancellation.

The Priority Reservation Advantage

A priority reservation at Partridge Knoll guarantees your choice of apartment style and location prior to moving in. Your Priority Number is used to determine seniority should you request an alternate apartment location later on. Alternate apartment location is also based on availability. 

The Priority Reservation Fee is  is non-refundable and is required upon signing of the Priority Agreement. Funds generated are used to refurbish apartments for new tenants.

Monthly Unit Fees/Services

All monthly unit fees include the services outlined in the Service Package section. The first monthly unit fee is due and payable prior to moving in and is pro-rated according to the number of days remaining in the first month of occupancy. Thereafter, monthly unit fees are due and payable by the fifth of the month. Partridge Knoll offers six unit floor plans to choose from. Click here to view our various apartment styles.
