No, at Partridge Knoll there is no buy-in fee and you can cancel your lease with just a 30-day written notice.

Where is Partridge Knoll located?

Partridge Knoll is located at 30 Sullivan Drive in Canton, just off of Outer State Street. Partridge Knoll is just seconds from Partridge Run, the municipal golf course and the municipal walking trail. St. Lawrence University, SUNY Canton College of Technology, Clarkson University, and SUNY Potsdam are located nearby as well.

Do you offer an apartment without the extra services?

Yes. Partridge Knoll offers a few St. Regis apartments with the "Reduced Service" option. For more information, please speak with Cynthia Lawrence, Community Manager.

Do you serve breakfast and lunch?

Coffee and tea are available in The Hearth each day. Baked goods and fruit are also available. Lunch is served Monday - Friday for a nominal fee.
