Today, the Society of the United Helpers operates and manages 29 facilities located throughout St. Lawrence County. Services include: an independent retirement community; an adult residential home; senior, subsidized  apartment complexes situated in nine different communities; three nursing homes, located in Ogdensburg and Canton; ten residential care facilities for the physically and mentally disabled; a community health center, open Monday - Friday for appointment and walk-ins; supportive case management, and intensive supportive apartments for the mentally ill.
