The 4 Steps to Partridge Knoll Membership

Step 1. Complete the proper priority agreement:

A: For permanent residency: Complete a Priority Agreement with your choice of apartment floor plan and submit the Priority Reservation Fee. 

or

B: For temporary residency: The Priority Agreement for Temporary Rental Stays should be completed.

Step 2. Complete an Application for Residency and Financial Disclosure* and mail it to us! (See directions below.)

Step 3. Sign a residency agreement.

Step 4. Make arrangements to move.

* Applicants must meet residency criteria or residency may be denied.
